ibis Ankara Airport Hotel

I recently stayed at ibis airport Ankara and had a wonderful experience! The staff were friendly and helpful, and the facilities were top-notch. I'd like to extend special thanks to Yasar Kose, the Front Office Manager, for his exceptional service and warm hospitality. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I am using this hotel always after arrival (or before the flight). It has all that is necessary for a good rest in a journey. The staff are very kind and efficient, restaurant is good, rooms are clean, although a bit on the small side. It is a typical airport hotel, if you want to stay in Ankara it is obviously too far from the centre. It is a very short taxi ride to the airport.

I use this hotel frequently as a stop-over before flying from Ankara or after having flown to Ankara. And this is how the hotel functions: for passengers and air crews because of its proximity to the airport. In that sense it is very convenient. Otherwise - it is a typical Ibis hotel. Staff is polite, the restuarant is good.

The hotel is close to the Airport (about 10 minutes by car). The personnel is amiable. We had an 8-hour layover (between 10 AM and 6 PM), so the hotel team arranged an early check-in for us. They also helped us book a taxi to the Airport on our way back. The room was small but comfortable and clean. Also, there is a good restaurant downstairs.

Great place to stay for a night if you have to wait for a transfer long hours. I had 25h transfer in Ankara and was glad I could book a hotel nearby to sleep. Taxi to get here for airport is quiet cheap. Breakfast is great, a buffet where you can take whatever you want (and it starts early if you have early flight). Rooms are small, but clean and bed is comfy. Wi-Fi is ok.
